We are seeking a passionate analyst to join us in growing mobile games. As a growth analyst, you will become an expert in the domain of mobile game growth and retention and help apply industry leading best practices within our games; the results of your work will be measured through our metrics dashboards and you will be able to see quantified changes in performance for all the improvements you make!
Perform market research, determine trends in mobile game growth mechanics.
Continuously monitor key performance indicators to identify opportunities for growth.
Study and tune new user funnels to maximize retention.
Evaluate game mechanics to determine behaviour patterns and apply knowledge to improve KPIs.
Run the data science process, including gathering and processing data, analysing results, and preparing insights.
Formulate hypothesis, design experiments, observe results and determine conclusions for monetization mechanics.
Prepare periodic reports on overall growth KPIs of games.
Report findings and provide actionable ideas for the production team.
A data-driven, analytical mindset with unrelenting drive to produce results.
Ability to iterate quickly and operate independently in a demanding, creative and dynamic environment.
Active mobile game player familiar with popular monetization techniques.
Proficient in Excel, including formulas and data visualizations.
Ability to write and execute simple SQL queries.
Thorough understanding of the mechanics in our “Bingo Story” and “Solitaire Buddies” game.
Experience with F2P and/or mobile games.
Experience with Tableau or similar BI software.
Experience with JIRA.
