We are seeking a motivated and passionate person to join us as a Live-Ops Producer on one of our top grossing titles. In this product-driven role you will design and deliver features and updates on an established game to deliver exciting experiences, features and content to our users and ultimately create growth opportunities for the game. The product you will be assigned to already has thousands of players, some of whom have been playing for several years; you will be responsible for making sure the experience is always fresh and fun for them and profitable for Clipwire.
Analyze competition on a regular basis, orchestrate data deep-dives with our monetization analyst and present stakeholders with options for increasing ROI.
Identify challenges and opportunities in products and design creative solutions to solve them
Create and maintain the product roadmap for your titlepresnt it to stakeholders and clearly communicate objectives during hand-off to the production team.
Own the forecasting and ROI for your title.
Read and understand analytical reports to make design and planning decisions.
Manage event content and calendars
Provide timely high-level guidelines for marketing and community teams about product events and updates
Ensure product quality is constantly maintained or improved.
Participate in a productive communication loop with production, providing clear and transparent communication of product objectives while allowing them to leverage their know-how to deliver it.
Work with QA and support team to ensure the game is free of any issues or bugs.
Monitor and keep up to date with product category and apply knowledge to our products.
Monitor daily stats and customer support trends and make assessments and adjustments to product with urgency as required
You are an experienced mobile game Producer/Product Manager who has at least 12 months professional experience running end-to-end live ops on a successful commercial mobile game. You know what it takes to grow game revenue by leveraging all aspects of a game to improve retention and monetization. You know how game economies function and how to build/maintain/improve one. You are passionate about casual mobile games and bring that passion to everything you do in your work. You have enough game design know-how to be able to create high level GDDs for improvements to existing features in addition to understanding the basic workflow for making a mobile game from design to release and everything in between. You are an experienced team player who can work autonomously as well as help grow more junior team mates..
Min 12 months experience running end-to-end live ops for a commercially successful mobile game is a must have
Shipped at least one commercial mobile game (ie not a personal project) in the role of game producer or lead designer or product manager.
Solid knowledge of mobile game and F2P design and monetization funnel strategies.
Comfortable working with metrics and making data-informed forecasts and decisions.
Understanding of game economy design and balance.
Passionate about casual mobile games, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong deductive and extrapolation skills with regard to solving complex design problems.
Excellent presentation and communication skills - the ability to defend reasoning with metrics in a concise and diplomatic manner
Product management for mobile games know-how a very strong plus.
Already familiar with one or more of our games.
Worked with JIRA, Hansoft, Tableau, AppAnnie, Sensor Tower, Unity, Trello and/or Slack in the past.
Knowledge in mobile game marketing.
